Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders would be sent on Thursdays. 

Shipping Time

Shipments are made by standard mail and have an estimated time of 5 to 7 working days.

⚠️ Incorrect addresses: If a package is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost for forwarding again.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds, unless the product arrives damaged or broken.

Damaged or broken product?

If your order arrives in poor condition, please send an email to blglowskin2019@gmail.com with an attached photo of the product to process an exchange or credit in the store.
